Define

We always start by working closely with the client to define project goals, and then identify the specific tools that will help meet those goals. We document the requirements of the project (including a creative brief, final budget, and schedule) to serve as a baseline for the life of the project.

Design

Once we have agreed on the foundational guidelines and objectives of the project, we work out a strategy that includes art direction, content direction, and information architecture. We present these strategic and conceptual elements in an iterative cycle, working with the client to refine the design.

Build

With a design strategy agreed upon, we carry out the design fully in context to create the final product. Again, this is an iterative process in which we test and refine constantly to make sure we are meeting all the project goals.

Launch

When it's time to launch the final product, we help coordinate the practical, technical, and public details. We stay in communication with the client to help smooth the transition to real ownership.

Review

Once the final product is launched, we review the project with the client and discuss a strategy for future enhancements or related campaigns.
